Due to the nature of our products, many items are made to order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly.  
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
